    The last twelve weeks have been some of the greatest of my life and a lot of that is thanks to Danielle. What this woman has done for my health and fitness is amazing, since I moved back to Mackay at the end of last year I found it hard to get back into going to the gym and eating healthy which resulted in me hitting my highest weight of 100kg. I got to a point where I had to make a change so I contacted Danielle and the first chat went really well and soon after I signed up. I used to struggle with body image, trying every fad diet and extreme workout routine. Eventually, I found my way to a balanced, healthy lifestyle through weight training and proper nutrition.

I have entered so many different phases in my health and fitness journey over the years, including competing in bodybuilding. This has given me the ability to experience and understand all degrees that the journey takes us on. All the feelings, actions, self talk and everything in between. I have now reached a stage where I have attained the understanding, education and mindset to create healthy sustainable habits and live a balanced lifestyle and I want to help YOU do the same. 

I want to make you feel like you belong in the gym and have a mindset focusing on training for health and performance rather than looking a certain way.
