    I have been working out for a few years now, but never holding myself accountable - skipping gym for weeks and binge eating. 5 months ago I decided to start my training with Danielle, after seeing growth and improvement in my progress photos I knew I wanted to prioritise my nutrition as well - taking it to the next level.     The last twelve weeks have been some of the greatest of my life and a lot of that is thanks to Danielle. What this woman has done for my health and fitness is amazing, since I moved back to Mackay at the end of last year I found it hard to get back into going to the gym and eating healthy which resulted in me hitting my highest weight of 100kg. I got to a point where I had to make a change so I contacted Danielle and the first chat went really well and soon after I signed up. In our first proper chat about what I wanted to achieve I made it a goal to do 1 unassisted chin up and by the end I did 5 which I was so proud of.     After 18 years of racing BMX and quitting when COVID hit, I swore I would never step in a gym again.
